David Alves gets a pack of crayons and a handful of pens and pencils ready for the next student about to enter class during a delivery of humanitarian aid in the form of clothes and school supplies, collected through Operation Outreach Afghanistan, to the students and teachers of an elementary school in Camp Phoenix’s neighboring village of Ud Khel March 26.
