Increase in Homeland Security Spending

The above linked article offers the traditional good news/bad news scenario for those of us in the Homeland Security/Emergency Management field.  The article discusses that despite the recent economical downturn, that Homeland Security spending is expected to increase through 2015 or 2018.  That's the good news, the bad news is that most of the rapidly growing areas in Homeland Security are not in the States.  So, if you happen to have some Homeland Security experience and have always wanted to see the world, now is the time.
