from what i have seen of US Civilians and military officials in afghanistan since 2004 the situation needs serious reorganisation.detailed analysis may be seen on my blog.
from my own sources in int i have vidence to prove that CIA officials were repeatedly tipped off of UBL's presence in vulnerable state , but they just ignored all the source reports in 1998 and 1999
