The Department of Defense announced
today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Pfc. Patricia L. Horne, 20, of
Greenwood, Miss., died Aug. 24 in Bagram, Afghanistan. She was assigned to the 96th Aviation Support
Battalion, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air
Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.
